Rayan Khattar

Founder · Career Partner · Product Manager

My path was never handed to me. I started in mechanical engineering, hit a wall, and decided to rebuild from scratch. I lived across continents, taught myself product management, earned the degree, earned the certifications, and then went out and proved it in the field. Not in classrooms. In real products, real teams, real pressure.

But the breakthroughs only came after real setbacks. A job market that kept saying no. A system that auto-rejected me without reading a word. I did not accept it. I found the decision-maker directly, rewrote my CV that same hour, and had an interview within two days. That is not luck. That is the craft I now teach.

Along the way I became obsessed with growth. Self-coaching. Writing as a creative and professional discipline. Adapting to new tools before they became mainstream. Productivity as a daily practice. I even built and shipped Wassilni, my own product, from idea to live MVP. Because I only teach what I actually live.

And in between all of it, I kept showing up for the people around me. Helping friends rewrite their stories, land interviews, find direction. That pattern became impossible to ignore. It became a calling.

Every engagement begins with a free consultation. You only pay once you have seen the value and agreed to proceed.

No guarantee of employment

We work hard to give you the best possible chance of success, and we are proud of our clients' results. However, hiring decisions are made by employers, so we cannot and do not guarantee a job offer, interview, or specific outcome.

Payment

Pricing is agreed with you after your free consultation, based on the services and your stage. Specific payment terms are set out in your individual agreement.

Your content & ownership

You keep ownership of the personal information and documents you share with us. Once a deliverable (such as your resume or portfolio) is completed and paid for, it is yours to use.

Acceptable use

Please provide accurate information and use the website lawfully. We may decline or end service in cases of abuse, dishonesty, or misuse.
